Sizing handles are used to resize or reshape an item or multiple items. If multiple items are selected, sizing handles are shown at each corner and each side of the bounding rectangle. If a single item is selected, the position and number of the sizing handles is dependent on the type of item. Sizing handles are shown at each transition point for streams, lines, polylines and polygons.

To size a handle

• Select the item. Right click on it and select  Properties...
• Select the Model tab and set the handle size in pixels.

Handles Colors

• The color of a sizing handle indicates its capabilities.

• A black sizing handle is inactive. It cannot be used to resize or reshape the item.
• It is only shown to indicate that the item is selected for editing.
• A white sizing handle indicates the item(s) can be resized or reshaped.
• A green sizing handle indicates the item can be resized or reshaped and indicates that a point can be added.
• A red sizing handle indicates the item can be resized or reshaped, indicates that a point can be added, indicates that the point is selected and indicates that the point can be deleted.
